Cancellation windows

• 24+ hours before your rental start time: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours before start time: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund

How to cancel or modify a booking

1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to "My Bookings"
3. Select the reservation you want to update
4. Choose Cancel or contact support for changes

Weather-related situations

Colorado weather can be unpredictable. If conditions make your activity unsafe or unreasonable, contact our support team. We'll review your situation and work with you on options, which may include rescheduling or credits.

Refund timing

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
