Where do I pick up and return my gear?

We offer flexible options so you can spend less time coordinating logistics and more time enjoying the outdoors.

Pickup options

• Rental hubs: Visit one of our convenient locations to pick up your gear
• Delivery (select areas): Have your gear delivered directly to your home, hotel, or trailhead

Your confirmation email will include your exact pickup location, time window, and any special instructions.

Return process

• Return your gear to the same location unless otherwise noted
• Follow the return time listed in your booking confirmation
• For deliveries, we'll coordinate pickup instructions with you

Late returns

We understand that adventures don't always run on schedule—but late returns may incur additional charges. If you're running behind, contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Before you head out
